Shipping & Returns
Here at Me & Felix Neo we want you to enjoy your shopping experience. We also understand that there may be an occasion when you need to return or exchange your purchase, so please take a moment to read our guidelines for Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges.
Nobody wants the delivery of their purchases to cost more than what you are buying, am I right?
Me & Felix Neo have chosen to go with a standard shipping rate of $10.
Packages weighing more than 1kg or that do not fit within the 1kg satchel will be charged at $15.
All packages will be sent as standard shipping via My Post Business (Australia Post).
We currently don't offer Express Post, however if you require something urgently please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to meet your needs.
You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your exciting goodies.
Expected delivery is 3-5 business days
We currently ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
All orders will be fulfilled by Me & Felix Neo within 48 hours of placement via www.meandfelixneo.com.au (Payment clearance pending).
Me & Felix Neo do not take responsibility for incorrect postal addresses, please check your details carefully.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our premises and can not guarantee shipping wont be delayed by the carrier.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
Refunds will only be considered if the item in question is faulty or damaged. However, we do check each item prior to packaging and do ensure those of a more fragile nature are treated as such.
We are unable to refund or exchange goods that have been damaged in transit.
Exchanges due to change of mind will be considered on a case by case basis. So please choose carefully to avoid any issues.
The following products (or any equivalent products) are not able to be refunded or exchanged (due to change of mind) for hygiene reasons including but not limited to:
- Face & Body products (Moisturisers, Serums, Sun Protection, Face & Body Oils, Lip Balms, Lip Scrubs, Bath Bombs, Soaps and sponges) .
All requests for refunds & exchanges must be made via email to email@example.com within three days of receipt of your goodies.
